Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:

  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidate credentials.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.

2. Administrative Support:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, including contracts, performance evaluations, and other relevant documents.
  • Help organize company events and meetings, including making arrangements for venues, catering, and equipment.

3. Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide support to new employees, answering questions and addressing any concerns they may have during the onboarding period.

4. HR Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and administration.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in recruiting and/or administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software systems.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must fluent in Mandarin and English.

This position requires full-time on-site presence, Monday to Friday, at London Office
