Director of HR, EMEA Enterprise Sales & EMEA Region

As a Director of HR on the People Team in our London Office, you’ll play a vital role in driving business impact through people strategy. You’ll partner directly with our EMEA Enterprise Sales and regional leaders to shape a high-performance culture, lead workforce planning, and ensure strong HR operations across multiple markets. If you’re energised by commercial alignment, complexity, and cross-border scale—this role is for you.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 7+ years of HR leadership experience, including regional ownership across multiple EMEA markets.
- Deep experience supporting high-growth commercial or revenue-generating teams.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and compliance across at least 3 EMEA countries.
- Track record of leading organisational design and performance initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Experience managing a small HR team and scaling operations through tools, process, and people.
Bonus points:
- Experience partnering with sales leaders or operating in matrixed global HR environments.
- Working knowledge of Israeli labour laws and/or prior exposure to hybrid work policy design.
How you’ll make an impact:
As a Director of HR, you’ll bring value by:
- Acting as a strategic partner to the VP of Sales, EMEA, and other regional leaders to align people priorities with business growth.
- Leading the HR agenda across the EMEA Enterprise Sales organisation, including Israel, with a focus on performance, engagement, and organisational design.
- Managing HR compliance and advisory across the wider EMEA region, ensuring alignment with local laws and Taboola’s policies.
- Coaching leaders through organisational change, headcount planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Overseeing and developing a small team (2 HR Coordinators, 1 Benefits Advisor) to deliver strong operational support across the region.
- Collaborating closely with the Director of HR for Global Sales and other HR leaders to ensure consistency and global alignment.
