As an HR Business Partner, you will support global leaders in talent management, drive HR initiatives, and ensure alignment of HR practices with business strategies.
What you will do:
As HR Business Partner, reporting to the HR Director UKI&Nordics, Global Marine & Navy, Subscriber and Commercial, you will provide HR support to global business leaders and employees to drive talent management excellence, implement talent strategy and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and leader effectiveness.
How you will do it:
- Coach, advise and provide guidance to develop management capabilities and allow HR digitalization to be fully maximized through self-service resolution.
- Drive talent management through succession planning (Organizational Talent Reviews), development programs, onboarding and diversity and inclusion strategies.
- Advise on organizational changes through structural design, job profiling and workforce planning.
- Ensure appropriate compensation and benefits practices are implemented to align with the Total Rewards calendar.
- Ensure strategic and tactical people plans are developed, by utilizing HR analytics and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Ensure alignment of HR practices to the talent acquisition activities, in order to deliver resource for required business growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the business, HR trends and employment legislation and proactively use knowledge to provide excellent customer-focused, value-added service provision.
- Manage stakeholders in each business ensuring alignment with HR programs and practices.
- Regular liaison with the wider HR team to share ideas, best practices and ensure the team is working towards common HR and business goals.

- Adaptable HR Business Partner with experience in HR business partnering, ideally in an international capacity.
- Strong technical HR skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in leading D&I, wellness, and engagement initiatives.

- Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven project leadership and change management skills.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Team player across HR and stakeholder teams.
- Experience working with countries outside of UKI.
- Able to manage projects and execute plans efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday.
- Motivated self-starter with strong autonomy.
- Ability to work under pressure with commercial awareness.
- Flexible, accountable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Preferred:
- HR degree/CIPD qualified.
- Experience in Oil & Gas/sustainable businesses is a plus.
