The Role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our team and play a key role in shaping employee experience. As a trusted partner to both management and staff, you will provide expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and talent development. The HR Advisor provides expert guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies, procedures, and best practices. This role helps drive a positive workplace culture, ensures compliance with employment law, and supports organizational goals through effective HR management.
The Person:
You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. In fact, you embrace it. Wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? You also have:
- CIPD qualified or equivalent qualifying Human Resources experience in a generalist capacity
- Experience of working with Trade Unions
- Proficiency with HR systems
- Continuous improvement mindset, consistently looking for ways to bring positive
- Effective in engaging and coaching Line Managers to ensure policy and best practice are adhered to
