What will this role achieve?

The HR Service Centre is the central hub of all HR administration across pladis where high volume HR transactional activities are performed within a service delivery framework. These activities span the employee life cycle from onboarding to leaving and includes changes to terms and conditions and general HR administration.

This entry level role is a great opportunity to develop a solid foundation in HR administration in a busy and fast paced environment whilst also working toward a Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship.

What will be your key deliverables?

  • Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for our customers
  • Manage incoming customer enquiries logging them on the HRSC case management system
  • Provide guidance to customers covering a range of HR processes and procedures
  • Complete a range of HR administrative activities e.g. producing and distributing employee letters and contracts of employment, carrying out pre-employment screening and processing changes to benefits.
  • Updating colleague records in our HR systems
  • Providing support to other teams in the HR Service Centre during times of high volume
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
