Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing our organization's responsible gaming initiatives and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Your playing field:

  • You support the organization with the development and implementation of responsible gaming strategies.
  • You keep up to date with new developments and make adjustments to the strategy to ensure our adherence to all gaming regulations and industry standards. 
  • You conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • You collaborate with internal departments, regulatory bodies, industry associations and other stakeholders to ensure the high standard of responsible gaming practices across the organization.
  • You constantly monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, working closely with the colleagues from our data departments. 
  • You provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on compliance and responsible gaming initiatives.
  • You manage and mentor a team of responsible gaming and compliance professionals.

Qualifications

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Qualification. You have a Bachelors' or Masters' degree in Psychology, Social Education, Law, Business Administration or a related field. Any additional certification in AML, Compliance, Responsible Gaming and/or Risk Management is a plus.
  • Experience. You have a minimum of 5 years experience working in compliance, responsible gaming or a related field with an excellent understanding of the gaming industry and you are familiar with the gambling regulations in Germany.
  • Stakeholder. You excel in building and managing collaborations with a large network of stakeholders. 
  • Fluency in German and English. As a leading sports betting provider in the German-speaking market, a native level of written and spoken German is a prerequisite for this position. English is the official language in our Malta office, therefore fluent English language skills are essential.
  • Mentoring. You are a motivated personality and lead by inspiring others.
  • Analytical. You have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an eye for the details.
