Who is Livewire?

Livewire is on track to become the world’s largest and most effective platform for in-game and around-the-game advertising solutions, doubling its revenue every year since inception.

As the single-entry point for the world’s largest brands to connect with gamers, Livewire seamlessly integrates brands into gaming environments, inside the game, around the game, and through immersive experiences, while partnering with the most loved and trusted game publishers.

Gaming is the next frontier of digital media consumption, a once in a generation revolution that is transforming the way audiences engage with content. As the world moves beyond passive viewing, clicks and scrolling to playing, interacting, and experiencing, Livewire is enabling brands to capture the attention of over 3 billion players globally - in a repeatable, measurable, and highly monetizable way.

Livewire is at the forefront of gaming's evolution, not just capitalising on the shift but leading it, defining new ways for brands to engage audiences where they play, interact, and transact.

Role Overview:
Livewire is seeking a dynamic and highly connected Global PR, Marketing & Events Lead to drive our global brand visibility across our key markets: the UK, US, Australia, and Canada. This role will lead the development and execution of Livewire’s external communications, marketing campaigns, and event strategy, including our owned event series Livewire Live. You will also oversee execution of always-on marketing initiatives, including EDM campaigns, website content, and coordination with third-party suppliers. Reporting into the Chief Strategy Officer, this role is cross-functional and strategic, requiring collaboration with senior stakeholders across Exec, Strategy, Sales, Partnerships, and Creative to ensure Livewire’s brand narrative delivers commercial and reputational value across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of Livewire’s global PR and communications strategy, ensuring visibility in the UK, US, Australia, and Canada.
  • Manage and deliver Livewire Live, our global owned event series, including planning, logistics, content curation, and post-event amplification.
  • Proactively secure panel, keynote, and speaking opportunities for leadership at top-tier industry events in gaming, media, and marketing.
  • Oversee ongoing marketing initiatives, including email marketing (EDMs), website content updates, and owned digital channel planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts across trade and mainstream publications to drive consistent brand presence.
  • Own the marketing and PR budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and aligned with Livewire’s business goals.
  • Deliver structured monthly reports on marketing and PR performance, tracking key metrics such as earned media value, digital engagement, and event ROI.
  • Work closely with Strategy, Sales, and Design teams to develop campaign messaging and ensure consistency across all external touchpoints.
  • Act as a brand guardian across all public-facing assets and communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment to brand voice.
  • Manage agency relationships or contractors in local markets for PR, events, and digital support.
  • Maintain and evolve Livewire’s website, working with internal and external teams to ensure timely updates and high performance.
  • Monitor the global gaming marketing landscape to identify reactive PR opportunities, topical thought leadership angles, and cultural moments.
