The Opportunity
The Head of Projects is a senior position within Landmark and plays a pivotal role in both the strategy and provision of Landmark Group products, applications, tools and services to our customers.
The purpose of this role is to deliver business requirements as requested of PMO by Landmark Growth and Search Divisions through project vehicles, establish such and assign project managers as needed.
The Head of Projects oversees the successful completion of multiple complex internal Landmark Group projects within a division and will take a key role in supporting the Lead Product Managers in setting the strategy for delivering priority Products. Their primary duties include setting programme goals, tasks and timelines, reviewing progress and making adjustments as necessary.
This role has line management responsibility for the project managers and is expected to complete regular one to ones with each member of their team along with full PDR processes twice a year.

To be successful as the Head of Projects you will need to have exceptionally high levels of communication and documentation skills to ensure performance and escalations are reported proportionately and that leadership

You will also need/be:
