In the role as Head of Marketing Content Project Management in the Brand, Content & Digital team within the Jabra marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of all the marketing content needed to bring our products to life. You will work closely with the product marketing team, the creative team, agency partners, and our regional marketers to develop content toolkits that showcase our products across all parts of the customer journey and exert influence for action.

In this role you will join the Brand, Content & Digital team within the global marketing department. Working alongside a multi-disciplined team of creatives, content producers, project managers, and digital experts responsible for our brand strategy, campaign development, and content creation. Crucially, you’ll serve as the bridge between the HQ marketing team and the regional teams, ensuring the campaigns and content we produce offers real value and resonance.
The Brand, Content & Digital team are a team of diverse and motivated people focused on building the Jabra brand into a leading brand within each category we operate in. We are a team focused on delivering outcomes efficiently and effectively. The role is supported by a team of content project managers across our different categories of products and services and reports to the VP, Brand, Content & Digital, who is based in London.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

Assume ownership of all of the product launch toolkits we produce across both our audio and video segments, developing campaign strategy and assets that have real business impact

Work closely with the Proposition & Product Marketing team to receive briefs on new launches/stories and translate these into effective creative briefs for the creative team to turn into creative concepts

Manage the campaign planning, collaborating with regional teams on their strategies to ensure the delivery of appropriate content

Act as the bridge within the Brand, Content and Digital team that interfaces with other key marketing functions both within HQ and across regions at all levels.

Show initiative in understanding the business performance – you will work with the regional teams on identifying opportunities to inject content and stories that can both have a commercial impact, but also shape brand sentiment

Customer journey mapping – develop deep understanding of our target audience and deliver compelling assets

·Set campaign KPI’s, monitor and report performance, making recommendations for asset optimization as needed

Management of project timelines and budget, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of toolkits

Effective delivery of assets into markets

Manage and develop a team of skilled content managers across our different product categories
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

Are an experienced project manager, experienced at dealing with planning and delivering multiple projects at the same time

Come with either agency or brand project/planning experience
-
Are experienced in crafting and rolling out toolkits for introducing products to the market, and known for delivering notable content

Are adept at working with external agency and/or in-house creative teams to ensure production timelines are met and project delivery

Have the ability to interrogate proposition briefs and bring them to life for our agency partners and in-house creative team to get the best results

Are curious about the customer journey and what assets will be best to sway the customer at all parts of the journey

Are capable of coaching, uplifting, and developing cohesive teams

Understand the role marketing content can have to deliver commercial and business goals

Exhibit proficiency in delivering presentations with assurance to a range of audiences, including those from within the organization and those outside of it

Exhibit strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network across functional boundaries and collaborate with others.

Approach challenges with enthusiasm, demonstrating an ability to quickly get involved and remain engaged as necessary.

Willing to undertake occasional international travel based on business requirements
Ideally you would be based out of our HQ offices in Ballerup, DK. But we are open to you sitting elsewhere in EMEA.
