As Head of International you’ll:
  • Lead and inspire a team of account managers responsible for key accounts within our nutrition division portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive turnover and accelerate growth within existing customer bases and new territories.
  • Launch into new market territories with agility, employing detailed launch and execution strategies to pinpoint growth opportunities.
  • Establish a strong focus on leadership within the sales and account management team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate and manage B2B customer contracts, leveraging brand power, commercial acumen, and sophisticated trading principles.
  • Collaborate with Brand, NPD, and HR teams to develop and execute a comprehensive sales team training plan.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
  • Distributor experience across EU or given territories 
  • Experience leading a sales function managing experience account managers
  • Proven experience working with retailers, grocers, distributors across the EU (Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain) - Asia or MENA an added bonus
  • Proven track record of exceptional sales and contract negotiation skills, with demonstrated commercial acumen.
  • Experience in P&L management and global sales and export operations.
  • Previous success in selling food or food-related products to B2B customers, particularly high-value accounts.
  • Strong understanding of strategic business direction and priorities, with the ability to align sales strategies accordingly.
  • Experience leading and coaching high-performing sales teams, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to leverage category insights from multiple data sources to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of compliance with international documentation requirements for B2B customers, including shipping and product origins.
