We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Head of Global Growth Marketing to execute our global growth marketing strategy. This critical role, reporting to the Global CMO, will oversee the marketing team's daily operations, manage resources, and drive revenue growth through brand building, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline conversion initiatives. This individual will also play a key role in fostering employee satisfaction through effective global internal communications platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Execution: Lead the implementation of the CMO's global growth marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across all marketing activities and channels and ROI.  
  • Operational Excellence: establish and maintain operational excellence for the marketing organisation ensuring an optimised process for all marketing activity.  
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement sophisticated lead nurturing strategies to effectively move prospects through the sales funnel, maximizing conversion rates and pipeline generation. 
  • Global Internal Communications: Oversee and execute global internal communications strategies to ensure consistent messaging, showcase company capabilities, celebrate successes, and foster a strong sense of global community among employees. 
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting: Oversee the tracking, analysis, and reporting on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the impact of marketing activities on revenue growth, brand awareness, and employee satisfaction. 
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team covering marketing activation, content and operations. Providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth. This includes performance management and resource allocation. 
  • Budget Management: oversee tactical budget management in liaison with the marketing team, ensuring optimal resource allocation across channels to achieve growth objectives.

What you’d need to succeed:

  • Proven track record: 15 years of experience in a growth marketing role, in a B2B professional services, preferably agency environment. 
  • Strategic thinking: Demonstrated ability to execute data-driven marketing strategies that align with business objectives. 
  • Leadership and management: Experience in managing and motivating high-performing marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture. 
  • Lead nurturing expertise: Deep understanding of lead generation and nurturing methodologies in a long path to purchase environment, with experience in  events, PR, email marketing, and content marketing. 
  • Internal communications expertise: Deep understanding of internal communications strategies and best in class execution to a wide set of stakeholders.  
  • Data analysis and reporting: Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance. 
  • Budget management: Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing resource allocation. 
  • Influencing and stakeholder management: Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and compelling presentations, showcasing the impact of marketing activities on business objectives. Successfully navigates internal processes and secures resources to achieve marketing goals. 
  • Project management: Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with an end goal in mind, adapting to changing priorities and demonstrating flexibility in project execution. Experience with agile methodologies a plus.
