Join us in redefining the creator economy with AI

Fanvue is one of the fastest-growing creator monetisation platforms globally. We’re an AI-powered, creator-first platform helping creators connect, engage, and earn directly from their audiences at scale.

Following our recent Series A, Fanvue has surpassed $100M+ in annual recurring revenue, with triple-digit year-on-year growth. We now support hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans worldwide, powering subscriptions, messaging, and AI-native creator tools across the platform.

As we scale into our next phase, design becomes a critical growth lever. We’re moving fast, shipping complex AI-powered features, and serving a global audience at massive scale. The Head of Design will play a defining role in shaping how Fanvue looks, feels, and works, setting the quality bar across product, brand, and AI experiences while building a design organisation that can scale with the business.

🎯 The Role

We are hiring a Head of Design to define and drive Fanvue’s end-to-end design vision.

This is a senior leadership role with real ownership. You will be responsible for elevating Fanvue’s product experience, rolling out a world-class design system, shaping our future-facing product vision, and ensuring design is a core driver of growth and strategy. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing and remain hands-on as a player-coach on the work that matters most.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute Fanvue’s design strategy across all products and surfaces

  • Lead the rollout of a world-class, scalable design system, partnering closely with Engineering to improve consistency, speed, and quality

  • Elevate Fanvue’s overall UI to a more sophisticated, mature product

  • Refine the highest-impact UX flows tied to core KPIs, including creator onboarding and activation, fan conversion, and checkout-adjacent experiences

  • Define how AI-powered features are experienced across the product, making them intuitive, human, and genuinely useful

  • Embed AI into the design and prototyping workflow to increase iteration velocity

  • Help shape the Fanvue 3.0 product vision, bringing future-facing concepts to life

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing design team

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align design with business outcomes

  • Lead by example as a hands-on contributor on key initiatives, setting a high bar for craft and usability

👀 Who You Are

  • An exceptional designer with deep mastery across visual, interaction, and UX design

  • Strong command of hierarchy, layout, typography, colour, and micro-interactions

  • Deeply empathetic to users and able to simplify complex needs into effective solutions

  • Outcome-driven with a track record of connecting design to measurable business impact

  • An experienced leader who has built and mentored high-performing design teams

  • Comfortable owning ambiguity and creating clarity in fast-moving environments

  • A confident communicator and collaborator across Product, Engineering, and Marketing

You’ll Thrive Here If

  • You enjoy taking full ownership and acting like an owner

  • You are comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution

  • You move fast, iterate often, and use feedback to raise the bar

  • You care deeply about craft, clarity, and user experience

  • You enjoy shaping systems, teams, and standards that scale

  • You are energised by building at the intersection of AI and product design

⚠️ You’ll Struggle Here If

  • You prefer narrow scopes and clearly bounded problem spaces

  • You avoid ambiguity or high ownership

  • You rely on heavy process over learning through shipping

  • You are uncomfortable making trade-offs or defending design decisions

  • You want a purely managerial role with little connection to the work

🌍 Why Join Fanvue?

  • Named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025

  • Competitive salary, equity, and benefits package

  • Opportunity to define and lead design at a category-defining company

  • High visibility and influence at the leadership level

  • Work with a talented, mission-driven team dedicated to empowering creators worldwide

  • A culture that values innovation, ownership, transparency, and speed

  • Unlimited holiday

  • Flexible working, with access to our London office

  • Budget for growth and wellbeing
