AI, Innovation & Growth Associate (Working directly with Vishen Lakhiani)

This is not a traditional marketing role.

This is a founder apprenticeship — a rare chance to work directly with me (Vishen), build breakthrough products at speed, and become the kind of operator who can one day run your own company.

I’m looking for one exceptional human who is equal parts:

You’ll be working inside Mindvalley’s Innovation Team — the experimental sandbox where we create entirely new ventures, apps, funnels, AI products, events, and models that redefine the future of education.

Your job?
Take raw ideas from me and turn them into working prototypes, funnels, artifacts, and market-ready products — fast.

This is a role for someone who loves turning chaos into form, concepts into launches, and possibility into reality.

If you’re exceptional, emotionally grounded, spiritually open, and you can ship functional prototypes in days — not weeks — this becomes a CEO-track role for the startups we build together.

1.⁠ ⁠Master and innovate Mindvalley’s growth funnels

• Own acquisition → activation → engagement for the MV Membership App
  

• Redesign funnel architectures, test new conversion paths
  

• Improve CAC, activation, engagement, retention
  

• Run rapid A/B tests using AI, data, and instinct
  

2.⁠ ⁠Build Functional AI Prototypes

• Use Claude Code + GPT to build real MVPs fast
  

• Create custom GPTs, agents, workflows
  

• Integrate Airtable, Make/N8N, Zapier, API-driven systems
  

• Iterate until we have a testable v1 in the wild
  

3.⁠ ⁠Architect High-Impact Launches

• Create go-to-market strategies for new apps, summits, events, and innovation pilots
  

• Build acquisition campaigns, funnels, landing pages, and viral loops
  

• Scale the ideas that work; kill what doesn’t quickly

• Daily/weekly communication via WhatsApp
  

• Weekly deep-dive strategy sessions
  

• Monthly in-person 3–4 hour meeting in London
  

• Travel with me at least once per year (Mindvalley University, Summits, etc.)
  

• You’ll operate on OODA loops, rapid iteration, and a high-speed execution rhythm
  

• No PowerPoints — only prototypes, experiments, and working demos

You will be personally mentored in:

• AI mastery
  

• Growth funnels
  

• Innovation strategy
  

• Spiritual + energetic intelligence (the invisible engine behind everything we build)
  

You’ll attend all Mindvalley Masteries as part of your development:
AI, Entrepreneurship, Spiritual, Longevity, Energy, etc.

Expect ~6 hours/week of paid learning — the same wisdom I use to train founders, authors, and creators globally.

This is professional + spiritual + entrepreneurial growth at a level no standard job offers

AI-Driven Marketing & Automation

• Use AI for segmentation, personalization, creative testing

• Build automated workflows to increase velocity

• Deploy Claude Code, custom GPTs, agents, automations
  

Founder-Led Launches

• Turn raw ideas into prototypes → products → market launches

• Iterate based on user feedback + founder strategy
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Mindvalley’s global team

• Bridge Creative, Data, Product, Content, Engineering
  

Reporting & Insights

• Analyze funnels and share insights fast

• Translate data into real actions

• You can build beautiful Vibe-coded pages fast

• You understand funnels, offers, positioning, conversion

• You think like a creator, design like a marketer, and build like a technologist
  

• Skilled with Claude Code or similar LLM coding

• Can build custom GPTs, agents, and automations

• Fluent with Make/N8N, Zapier, Airtable, APIs
  

• Emotionally regulated, grounded, low-ego

• Meditation practice preferred

• Can operate with high-frequency founders without burnout
  

• Ideally previously built something
