Group Senior Accountant

Are you ready to take your financial reporting expertise to a global scale?
Boldyn Networks is seeking a Group Senior Accountant to support our growing international business. In this high-impact role, you’ll play a key part in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality financial reporting for the Boldyn Group.
What You’ll Do
Support in the preparation of consolidated and standalone statutory financial statements under IFRS
Support monthly and quarterly reporting for internal and shareholder purposes
Collaborate with finance teams across UK and international subsidiaries
Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Partner with external auditors to ensure smooth annual audits
Translate local GAAP adjustments to IFRS, including leases, derivatives, SaaS costs, and fair value adjustments
Assist with treasury tasks and payments for overseas entities
What You’ll Bring
ACA/CA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification
3–4 years’ post-qualification experience in financial reporting or audit
Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles
Experience preparing financial statements and managing month-end close preferrable
Familiarity with ERP systems (Workday) preferrable
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
