In 2025 we are expanding our CRM offering into a suite of products to include a marketing CRM product

About The Role:

We are looking for a Group Product Lead with an entrepreneurial spirit that will be up to the challenge of creating and leading the marketing CRM product. You’ll start by building a seed team that will evolve to a product group very quickly. You will lead one of monday.com most strategic initiatives which includes interaction with monday.com’s leadership. 

You will drive the product strategy, roadmap and execution. Lead a team to create a zero to one business and make a significant impact on one of the largest industries in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale monday marketing CRM product business line to meet Product and ARR goals. In this role you’ll be responsible for the product strategy, growth and monetization of the product. This will include defining the target market, crafting the strategic roadmap, working on pricing and packaging as well as formulating strategy on launches and product marketing positioning - A-Z ownership. 
  • Craft your Product story and establish a shared vision for your product across the company while working with talented cross-functional team members (across engineering, design, customer success, marketing, sales, etc.). You’ll take full ownership and have a massive impact on the company
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their pain points and how monday CRM can meet their needs through customer interviews, and other market research tools.
  • Drive focus and speed within your team to ship products people need and love
  • Represent the marketing CRM team and your product in the public arena, serving as the voice of your product at conferences and events, online, and with potential business partners

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in SaaS or Domain experience in CRM areas preferred
  • Previous entrepreneurial experience would be a strong advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
