The Role

While this is primarily a role in the content team, you will have the opportunity to dive into all areas of marketing. Our ideal candidate is creative, passionate, and keen to learn. 

Here is what you’ll be doing: 

Cool Content Stuff.

  • Create copy and visuals for various content outputs, including website pages, blog posts, emails, press releases, social media posts, PPC ads, and user support articles.

  • Produce short-form video content and basic graphics for social channels.

  • Audit existing content for engagement, UX, and SEO.

  • Gather insights from our SEO and performance team to inform your content.

  • Think creatively to develop content ideas that resonate with audiences.

Matter More & Give Back.

  • Weave purpose and mission into content to ensure brand values are visible across all touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate brand stories and Giving Back initiatives.

  • Maintain brand consistency and quality across all content deliverables.

  • Support storytelling and brand messaging to enhance user experience.

Build Sustainably.

  • Follow processes for high-quality content delivery.

  • Collaborate with content partners as needed.

  • Help manage the content creation processes from research to channel distribution.

Be Visible & Step Up.

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, product development, and operations teams to deliver content.

  • Assist with SEO and AI-aligned content strategies, researching trends, user search intent, and keywords.

  • Support content planning and execution with research-informed recommendations.

  • Contribute to strategic partnership content initiatives when required.

Lean In & Obsess.

  • Use and test company products to understand and identify content improvements.

  • Support content tests (A/B testing website pages, emails, etc.).

  • Produce periodic reports summarizing content activities, KPIs, and learnings.

  • Learn about brands, audiences, and competitors.

Expected Deliverables.

  • Contribute to high-quality content outputs across multiple brands.

  • Help improve brand awareness, engagement, and SEO visibility.

  • Support network building with content partners.

  • Report on content deliverables, performance, and progress.

About you
  • Degree in marketing, journalism, communications, digital media, business, or related field. 

  • Strong writing skills. 

  • Passion for content marketing with an interest in pursuing a career in the field.

  • Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

  • Adaptable and creative thinker with attention to detail.

  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

  • Comfortable working globally.

  • The ideal candidate would be happy to commute to Edinburgh one day per month for meet-ups.

Not essential but benefitial.

  • Experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.

  • A writing portfolio to share.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and content performance metrics.

  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Grammarly).
