The Global Sourcing Specialist - IT Services & Technology, reports directly to the Global Sourcing Manager - IT Services & Technology within the Indirect Procurement function.
The Global Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for the company's end to end sourcing and contract management for IT Services & Technology. In addition, the individual may be asked to support other sub-spend areas and will be responsible for all phases of sourcing and contract management.
The successful candidate will be able to partner with key global stakeholders and business units in a culturally diverse environment, to ensure success in key deliverables across both Procurement and Mondelez Digital Services.
How you will contribute

  • Execute end-to-end sourcing and contract management activities for all IT Strategy & Value Delivery application development and support services in line with the Global Buying Policy.
  • Build strong relationships with Mondelez Digital Services (MDS) to support the successful implementation of all IT Strategy & Value Delivery services.
  • Support the deployment of Continuous Improvement projects, interacting with team leaders and vendors to understand the outcomes, risks and benefits involved.
  • Support global supplier relationship management (SRM) program with key strategic suppliers including metrics, performance goals and improvement initiatives.
  • Support the delivery of strategic procurement objectives; Productivity, Cashflow, Cost Avoidance, Supplier Diversity etc.
  • Work in collaboration cross-functionally with other support functions such as legal, security, finance, tax, etc for efficient contract execution.
  • Be the spokesperson in your immediate field of activity, aligning procedures and ways or working with the above-mentioned functions, in a global Mondelez setting
  • Manage key agreements such as Master Service Agreements, Project Agreements, Statements of Work and Work Orders to ensure all projects meet compliance, and adhere to the agreed terms, conditions, associated rate cards end contract templates.
  • Ensure and align with the vendors that all rate cards and associated commercials are up-to-date and relevant for the services being delivered. Support MDS team with the implementation of new agile DevSecOps ways of working across application and support services.
  • Analyse and report application development and support services KPI's to identify trends and proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure robust data management & housekeeping, sourcing activity pipeline, compliance, contract repository management for IT Strategy & Value Delivery


What you will bring
Required

  • A keen interest in all things Digital/IT &/or IT Procurement knowledge
  • High learning agility & ability to work autonomously with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to classify and prioritize deliverables, creating mechanisms to keep track of your workload and day-to-day activities.
  • Understanding of Project Management cycle and key elements.
  • Ability to communicate technical and complex business requirements in simple and understandable language.
  • Ability to understand and deal with large sets of data, generate insights for further alignment, presentation and use by stakeholders.
  • Appropriate University Bachelor's Degree.


Skills/Leadership Competencies

  • Curiosity, Analytical acuity, Problem Solving and good communication skills.
  • Relationship Management, balanced and emphatic approach to stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.


Additional preferred skills

  • Prior Negotiation and Contract Management experience in a fast-paced work environment.
