As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a Global Partner Marketing Manager to build and execute our partner marketing strategy. This role will be critical in managing co-marketing initiatives, sponsorship programs, and enablement strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen partnerships worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead co-marketing initiatives with technology and agency partners, including webinars, content, events, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage various Market Development Funds (MDFs) programs, maximizing MDF allocations received from our strategic global Tech Partners like AWS, Meta, Shopify, etc. Strengthen relationships with global partners, ensuring co-marketing activities and sponsorships are strategically planned and executed.
  • Manage sponsorship programs for Insider’s flagship events like UPLIFT, collaborating closely with regional teams.
  • Support regional teams in executing partner-focused marketing activities, such as workshops, trainings, and enablement programs.
  • Track, measure, and optimize partner marketing performance, ensuring all initiatives drive revenue impact and align with business objectives.

Requirements and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related fields within a B2B SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven ability to manage MDFs, drive co-marketing initiatives, and scale partner marketing programs globally.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including demand generation, content marketing, sponsorships, and events.
  • Experience collaborating with technology and agency partners, ensuring joint value propositions and go-to-market alignment.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to execute multiple global initiatives simultaneously.
  • A data-driven mindset, using insights to optimize marketing initiatives and demonstrate revenue impact.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
