Lead global brand campaigns as Global Brand Marketing Campaign Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with high self-discipline and outstanding time management skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with various partners to implement flawless global marketing strategies.

As a Global Brand Marketing Campaign Manager, you will work closely with many partners to develop strategy and implement global brand marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate demand for our Cell Culture and Cell Therapy business. You will be working in a fast-paced environment.

To excel in this role, you need strong project management skills. Balancing multiple projects and activities simultaneously is critical. You should have the capacity to perform your work with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing campaigns using a strategic and data-driven approach to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and test innovative content and messaging that focus on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with strategic and application/technical marketing teams to integrate their programs into business campaigns seamlessly.
  • Lead the end-to-end brand campaign process, from strategy development to execution, ensuring team members become campaign ambassadors.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape to advise campaign strategies.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with key customers, acting as their advocate to ensure their needs are met.
  • Coordinate with regional marketing teams to adapt campaigns to local markets while maintaining global consistency.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient prioritization and improving return on investment.
  • Occasionally travel to work directly with customers, gather feedback, and ensure campaign relevance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biology, marketing, business administration, or communications.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing and/or market development within the bioprocessing area.
  • Proven track record of leading and completing large-scale marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Skilled at developing relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $103,100.00–$135,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
