Articulate is looking for a Global Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns that drive revenue in EU and UK markets.


As the Global Integrated Marketing Manager, you have a deep understanding of full-funnel integrated marketing campaign strategy and execution. You’ll work closely with the international sales team and channel partners to identify opportunities for rapid revenue growth and develop full-funnel campaigns to capitalize on them. This includes leading the development of co-branded lead generation initiatives, optimizing trial to paid conversion rates, the marketing of cross-selling new products, supporting international events strategy, and more.


This role is highly cross-functional and requires deep collaboration to tailor your approach for each partner and each market’s unique needs. In addition, you’ll collaborate with a wide range of teams such as content marketing, product marketing, acquisition marketing, brand creative, and more to execute on campaign plans.


The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, an excellent ability to track multiple concurrent projects, and the drive to learn and adapt to market needs. The Global Integrated Marketing Manager will report to the Director, Global Integrated Marketing.

What you'll do:

  • Develop full-funnel marketing campaign strategy tailored to the needs of regions around the world with varying levels of L&D maturity
  • Collaborate with channel partners to create detailed briefs that support high-growth marketing campaigns and ensure consistent customer experiences
  • Partner with marketing peers to coordinate logistics and assist in the development and analysis of deliverables that support campaign deployment
  • Partner with content marketing and channel partners to operationalize the development of co-branded and localized content
  • Build scalable webinar programs with channel partners based on individual market needs
  • Support international sales team and event marketing team with global events strategy
  • Develop and maintain channel partner marketing calendars to educate and inform stakeholders of upcoming initiatives, essential deliverables, and campaign launches
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams including international sales, product marketing, acquisition, creative, content marketing, and go-to-market effectiveness to develop and maintain a cohesive experience across marketing channels
  • Evaluate and present integrated marketing campaign effectiveness to commercial leadership, and regularly recommend ways to optimize performance and process
  • Define key metrics and reporting methodologies that will help us understand the most effective campaigns to generate pipeline, revenue, and expansion opportunities for channel partners

What you should have:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a global B2B SaaS organization
  • Experience working with global teams across various time zones and languages, including the occasional off-hours meetings
  • Located in UK or Europe required, UK preferred
  • Proficiency in the following languages: English, German, Swedish (nice to have), Italian (nice to have), Spanish (nice to have)
  • Understanding of standard marketing channels such as email, web, social, and paid
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media management, and automation tools
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker, Domo, or similar digital analytics platforms
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs
  • Ability to derive insights from marketing data and format into an executable plan
  • Ability and desire to learn quickly and troubleshoot problems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines with the direction and support of peers
  • Outstanding collaboration skills

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
