About the Role
As the Global Content & Search Manager, you will oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of digital content across various platforms to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement. You will integrate data-driven insights with creativity to guide content choices and build a robust annual content calendar. You will collaborate with members of the TENA Global team, lead markets, and agencies to produce engaging content (articles, videos, social media posts, and more). In this position, you will report to the Global Marketing and Communications Director.
What You Will Do

Develop and implement a global content strategy that supports our brand and business objectives across TENA’s consumer audiences (Women/Men/Family Carers).

Content Creation and Curation: Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant digital content including website articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, social media posts, and other multimedia assets.

Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engines (SEO), and social media platforms to increase visibility, traffic, and engagement. Ensuring user experience is always top of mind.

Content Distribution: Develop and execute distribution plans to ensure content reaches the target audience through various channels such as websites, social media platforms, email newsletters, and partnerships.

Responsible for creating global content guidelines, social media playbook, and providing community management guidelines. Additionally, supports markets in optimizing their efforts in this area.

Responsible for the digital content budget and the relationship with relevant agency partners and vendors

Build partnership with stakeholders of key agencies (creative and media) ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget.

Ensure that all creative output is in line with global brand guidelines

Follow up on campaign activation, by analyzing data and optimizing the work in an agile way.

Lead and secure alignment with key stakeholders

Work closely with Global Digital Manager to define KPIs for success and drives insights from analyses, monitors effectiveness of content activities, recommends and optimizes content strategies for continuous improvement.
Who You Are

University degree or equivalent education in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business Administration or similar

5+ years of experience as a content manager, content strategist or similar role.

Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging, SEO-friendly content across digital platforms including. Websites, Social Media, Email.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is an additional advantage

An analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics and optimize content performance.

Experience using analytics tools to monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions like Google Analytics.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

You have hands on experience working with the major Social Media channels (Facebook, IG)

Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies, very good understanding of digital/mobile IT solutions and capabilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, any other language is a plus.
