Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Generative AI Graduate / Junior AI Engineer to join our growing AI team. You will contribute to the development of practical AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and machine learning technologies.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate who enjoys solving technical problems, experimenting with emerging AI technologies, and turning ideas into reliable, production-ready applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and test Generative AI and LLM-powered applications using Python.
Build RAG solutions using document processing, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
Work with commercial and open-source models such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, and Llama.
Design and evaluate effective prompts and LLM workflows.
Integrate AI services through APIs and cloud platforms.
Experiment with AI agents, tool calling, and automated workflows.
Evaluate model performance, accuracy, reliability, and responsible AI considerations.
Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams.
Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to Git-based development workflows.
Keep up to date with developments in Generative AI and emerging LLM technologies.
Essential Skills
Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Good programming skills in Python.
Understanding of machine learning, NLP, and basic deep-learning concepts.
Knowledge of LLMs and Generative AI fundamentals.
Understanding of APIs, Git, and software development practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
