Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications
- Lead technical projects and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
- Develop backend solutions using .NET framework
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases for performance and scalability
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Develop and integrate GIS-based solutions using ArcGIS JavaScript API
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript
- Extensive experience with backend development using .NET framework
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Proficiency in SQL Server database design, optimization, and management
- Familiarity with cloud operations and deployment (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks, React
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Understanding of spatial data analysis and GIS principles
- Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks
- Experience with ArcGIS JavaScript API for developing mapping applications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
