Our goal at OpenUp is to make mental well-being accessible to everyone. We support companies, their employees, and employees' families with mental well-being.
Our OpenUp platform provides employees and their families access to mental well-being check-ins, online courses, articles, videos, interactive group sessions, mindfulness sessions, and a team of experienced experts. We believe that physical and mental well-being go hand in hand, and that lifestyle factors such as nutrition, sleep, and stress management are key to achieving balance. By integrating our Lifestyle Experts to the platform with a focus on nutrition, exercise and sleep, we ensure a holistic approach to health. About the role
As a full stack software developer at OpenUp you will be a key member of our tech and product team. Besides writing clean and practical code you will also mentor other team members, make key architectural decisions, assist our tech lead with hiring, interact with our partners/suppliers and most importantly work together with the team to develop our mental health platform.
Our tech stack: React, .NET 8, SQL Server, Azure
About you

- You are an experienced software developer with a strong track record in contributing to innovative projects.
- You have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar education.
- You have 4+ years experience working with React/Angular/Vue.
- You have 2+ years experience developing backend APIs (.NET Core and ASP.NET Core experience is a plus).
- You have experience with devops.
- Experience with Tailwind and Storybook a plus.
- You communicate well and enjoy mentoring more junior colleagues.
- You like to come up with creative yet pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
- You get positive energy from the dynamics of a scale-up environment.
- You have knowledge of application design, architecture and common design patterns.
- You have knowledge of unit/integration/E2E testing.
- You are fluent in English.
