We are growing fast and looking for passionate and enthusiastic Front End Engineers to join our bright and talented team.

We work in an Agile Scrum environment and encourage our Software Engineers to be innovative and deliver solutions to technical and business problems that our clients face. As a Front End Engineer at AND Digital you will design and develop compelling and commercially viable customer facing products across multiple digital and e-commerce channels: web, mobile, social, in-store.

The Tech:

Front End Engineers at AND Digital come from strong HTML/CSS and JavaScript backgrounds working in an agile environment. Working with some of the latest and cutting edge tech:

  • CSS3, HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript
  • JavaScript Front end frameworks - React, Angular, Vue, Redux, Ember etc.
  • Styling pre-compilers - SASS, LESS
  • Task runners - Gulp, Grunt.

Your Role:

As a Front End Engineer, you will be an expert in your domain, applying your experience and knowledge when influencing your team or client. You will work with our clients onsite in a multi-skilled Agile delivery team to design, architect and develop digital and eCommerce products. You'll adopt continuous integration and delivery techniques throughout the software development life cycle. You will also be involved in developing responsive websites across web and mobile.

You'll encourage regular feedback, promote skills development, foster strong relationships, build connections AND encourage open communication.
