We are looking for a Freelance Sales Partner who can open doors, create opportunities and introduce companies that need flexible senior talent.

This is not a salaried sales role. You work independently on a no cure, no pay basis and receive 50% of the margin for every successful match you bring in.

Your impact
You will help companies solve urgent capacity and expertise challenges by connecting them with relevant freelance professionals from the 10x network.


You focus on winning new clients: companies that are looking for freelancers, contractors, interim professionals or fractional experts. Once you bring in an opportunity, we work together to identify and deliver the right talent.

What you will do

  • Identify companies with a need for freelance, fractional or project-based professionals.

  • Reach out to decision-makers and introduce the 10x.team proposition.

  • Build relationships with new clients and uncover hiring or project needs.

  • Spot opportunities in areas such as legal, AI, finance, sales, marketing, operations, HR, compliance, healthcare and technology.

  • Convert opportunities into concrete freelance assignments.

  • Work with the 10x.team network to make successful client–freelancer matches.

  • Help grow our client base across Europe.

What you bring

  • Proven European experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, consulting or freelance/interim solutions.

  • The ability to open doors, build trust and convert conversations into opportunities.

  • A commercial, entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset.

  • Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.

  • Comfort working independently in a commission-only partnership.
