This is a retainer role supporting paid and organic creative across our European, American, and APAC markets. The work is mostly adaptation and localisation at pace, with space for bespoke campaign builds when the brief calls for it. You'll have full access to our media library — no original photography needed. The job is layout, typography, multi-language handling, and making performance creative that actually performs.
Scope of Work
Around 150 assets per year, roughly 15 per month. The split is 70% adaptations and resizes, 30% bespoke builds. Formats include 9:16 (Stories/Reels), 4:5 (Feed), 1:1 (Square), and Display Banner variants across markets including JP, UK, US, FR, DE, ES, IT, and PL.
Time Commitment
We've built in more capacity upfront while you find your feet:
Q1 (Onboarding): 6-8 hours per week for brand immersion and template setup
Q2 onwards: 4-6 hours per week as workflows bed in
Standard adaptation: approx. 45 minutes post-onboarding
Bespoke concept: 2.5-3 hours
What You'll Be Doing
Building and adapting campaign creative across multiple formats and markets
Handling multi-language layouts without losing design quality
Working with local market managers to incorporate market-specific copy
Maintaining brand consistency and clean version control throughout
What We're Looking For
3+ years in graphic design, freelance or in-house
A portfolio that shows performance marketing work, not just brand work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
Comfortable with the unglamorous discipline of multi-language layout
Motion design or animation skills are a plus, as is an understanding of CTR-driven creative
Compensation
Rate: £35-£50 per hour, commensurate with experience
Annual scope: 200-250 hours
Monthly retainer: approximately £650-£850, finalised on agreed rate and scope
One-month trial to calibrate workflows and time estimates
IR35
This engagement is intended as outside-IR35. The freelancer maintains control over their schedule and working methods, operating as a distinct business entity. A formal Status Determination Statement may be required on hire.
What Good Looks Like
Consistent output across all markets with minimal revision cycles. Assets that work for both performance goals and brand standards. Someone who gets faster, not slower, as they get deeper into the Veo system.
