As a FP&A Finance Manager you will be providing analytical reviews and insights to enable stakeholders to make the decisions that matter quickly. The role is responsible for providing FP&A support to the Personal Finance business, working closely alongside both finance and non-finance stakeholders to influence and lead the performance of Personal Finance.
As a FP&A Finance Manager you will:
- Lead the personal finance monthly reporting for the Personal Finance Exco and the Personal Finance Board
- Ensure the production, delivery, understanding and presentation of insightful financial analysis including analysis of Personal Finance yield, NIM and cost of funds
- Proactively develop new analysis and insight to support business decisions
- Challenge current processes and embed efficiency improvements
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Group Finance teams, sharing good practices and financial analysis
- Support the forecasting and budgeting processes
- Contribute to a range of projects and initiatives as required
Essential:
- Experience working in Financial Services with FP&A experience
- Qualified or studying towards qualification of CIMA, ACCA, ACA
- Analytical and Curiosity when looking at numbers
- Strong communicator and influencer
- Stakeholder Management
- Commercially focused
