As a Forward-Deployed Engineer, you are the technical architect and strategic partner for monday.com’s most high-value customers. You will embed deeply with a single strategic account to lead AI transformations, influence product strategy, and drive business growth.

About The Role

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Transformation: Embed with C-level stakeholders to architect end-to-end AI solutions and scalable workflows that solve complex business pains.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales and CS as a technical authority to guide account strategy and translate customer needs into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Implementation Excellence: Act as the platform expert—designing sophisticated configurations, prototyping custom scripts, and overseeing the narrative from pilot to full rollout.
Requirements
  • Technical Savvy: 3-5 years of experience in Strategic/Enterprise space ,background in Solution Architecture or Software Engineering with a strong grasp of AI/LLM workflows and
  • Business Acumen: Experience navigating C-suite relationships and the ability to influence executive decision-making in ambiguous environments.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and focused on long-term impact rather than just immediate fixes.
