How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Financial Controller (m/f(d) to join our Planning, Reporting and Analytics department within Offshore Business Controlling located in Hamburg, Germany.
In this role you will work in a young, diverse and dynamic team, which operates as a focal point for connecting the commercial dots within the Offshore Business Unit. With a wide exposure across organizational levels and departments, you will work as a business partner towards our internal customers and enable sound decision making for management. In order to stay ahead of the ever-changing environment, the Offshore Business Controlling team has embarked on a digitalization journey which you will take an active part in.

Monthly reporting of productivity measures within Business Unit Offshore

Productivity / OnePuma Web key expert within the Business Unit Offshore

Actual/Plan comparisons of Offshore cost out measures including investigation of deviations

Preparation and consolidation of forecast and budget inputs related to productivity measures and targets

Translating offshores long term goals into productivity targets including communicating them

Drive digitalization initiatives in cost out community

In the role you will be in contact with different functions in the business unit Offshore, the controlling departments of Onshore and Service as well as different Corporate departments.

You support in the regular monthly reporting and controlling as well as consolidation of financial KPIs for the global Offshore organization (e.g. Delta-Analysis Actual vs planned results, Prelim-Actuals)

You support the annual budget process for the business unit Offshore (planning, consolidation and delivery)

You are responsible for the conception and preparation of regular reports of financial KPIs, incl. ad-hoc analysis and reports for Offshore Management as well as corporate controlling

You take a central role in supporting the digitalization journey within the department

You have a university degree within Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar

You are a competent finance individual with several years of experience and profound knowledge in various controlling areas and/or accounting (prior experience from plant / manufacturing is desired)

You are analytical, result-oriented and passionate regarding numbers and have an eye for details

You bring experience from working in a global organization and thrive in a dynamic environment

You are a highly motivated team player, possess good interpersonal skills and can create a collaborative working relationship with people across cultures and organizational levels

You possess great skills and motivation to work with data both through traditional methods (Excel) and modern tools (PowerBI, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, SQL)

You have excellent English skills, both orally and in writing, additional language skills (German, Danish, Spanish) would be an advantage
