L'Opportunité: On recrute un·e Analyste financier pour bâtir, structurer et faire évoluer notre reporting financier dans un contexte d’hypercroissance. En collaboration étroite avec notre Assistant Controller et l’équipe finance, tu joueras un rôle clé dans la création de nos outils d’analyse interne - et tu contribueras directement à rendre nos données plus claires, plus fiables et plus actionnables au fil du temps.

The Opportunity: We’re hiring a Financial Analyst to help build, structure, and scale our financial reporting in a high-growth environment. Working closely with our Assistant Controller and Finance team, you’ll play a key role in developing the internal reporting tools and analysis frameworks that will help make our data clearer, more reliable, and more actionable over time.
Your mission: turn imperfect or evolving data into structured, meaningful insights that support smart decision-making and help the business grow on a strong financial foundation. Responsabilités / Responsibilities
- Construire et maintenir des rapports financiers récurrents (ventes, budgets, performance), en assurant un suivi clair et structuré de nos indicateurs clés
- Développer le reporting interne de façon évolutive : partir d’exports Excel et progressivement optimiser vers des rapports plus robustes basés sur nos systèmes
- Analyser les écarts budgétaires (variance analysis) et identifier les causes principales, en collaboration avec les équipes concernées
- Supporter le suivi budgétaire et la lecture de performance : contribuer à la compréhension des résultats et à la production de fichiers de gestion utiles au quotidien
- Structurer et fiabiliser des données financières provenant de multiples sources, en trouvant la façon la plus simple et rapide d’en faire une analyse exploitable
- Contribuer à la préparation et à l’évolution des états financiers internes, en support à l’équipe finance
- Soutenir des mandats FP&A et de gestion de projet, incluant la mise en place de ratios, suivis de coûts et analyses de rentabilité
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des outils, templates et méthodes de reporting pour gagner en efficacité, en rigueur et en clarté
- Collaborer sur l’évolution future du rôle vers du forecasting, de l’analyse de performance et du pilotage financier à plus grande échelle
- ENGLISH : Build and maintain recurring financial reports (sales, budgets, performance), ensuring clear and structured tracking of key business indicators
- Develop internal reporting in an evolving way: start from Excel exports and progressively optimize toward stronger, system-based reporting
- Analyze budget variances and identify root causes, in close collaboration with the relevant teams
- Support budget tracking and performance reviews by helping interpret results and producing practical management files used day-to-day
- Structure and improve the reliability of financial data coming from multiple sources, finding the simplest and fastest way to turn it into actionable insights
- Contribute to internal financial statement preparation and reporting, in support of the Finance team
- Support FP&A and project-based initiatives, including ratio building, cost tracking, and profitability analysis
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools, templates, and processes to increase efficiency, rigor, and clarity
- Collaborate on the future evolution of the role toward forecasting, performance analysis, and broader financial planning support
Profil Idéal / Ideal Profile
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en analyse financière, reporting, budget ou rôle similaire (FP&A, performance, finance opérationnelle, etc.)
- À l’aise avec la gestion budgétaire, l’analyse de variance (écarts), le suivi des coûts et les notions de rentabilité
- Forte capacité à travailler avec des données imparfaites, les structurer intelligemment et en sortir des conclusions claires, actionnables et faciles à expliquer
- NetSuite : atout important, mais non requis
- Capable de comprendre les réalités opérationnelles derrière les chiffres et de collaborer avec les équipes pour aller chercher la bonne info au bon endroit
- Esprit analytique très concret : tu sais trouver le chemin le plus rapide et efficace pour arriver au bon résultat, sans overcomplicated
- Intérêt marqué pour un rôle évolutif vers du forecasting, des ratios, de l’analyse de performance et du soutien FP&A
- Autonome, rigoureux·se, curieux·se, avec un bon sens des priorités et une attitude “problem solver”
- Bilingue FR/EN, à l’oral comme à l’écrit (collaboration interne + documentation)
- CPA ou CPA en cours : un bonus
- ENGLISH: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, or a similar role (FP&A, business performance, operational finance, etc.)
- Comfortable with budget ownership, variance analysis, cost tracking, and profitability fundamentals
- Strong ability to work with imperfect or evolving data, structure it intelligently, and turn it into clear, actionable insights that are easy to explain
- NetSuite experience is a strong asset
- Able to understand the operational reality behind the numbers and collaborate cross-functionally to gather the right information, from the right people, at the right time
- Highly practical and execution-focused analytical mindset: you find the fastest and most effective path to the right answer - without overcomplicating things
- Strong interest in an evolving role that will grow into forecasting, ratio-building, performance analysis, and FP&A support
- Autonomous, rigorous, curious, and solution-oriented, with strong prioritization skills and a true problem-solver attitude
- Bilingual (French/English) both written and spoken (internal collaboration + documentation)
- CPA or CPA-in-progress is a plus
