Job description:

  • Provide financial support on forecasting, backlog and net new business on regional and global basis. Ensure accuracy and therefore add value to forecasting and budget process.

  • Review sales and operating forecasting on project level and department level. Calculate variance analysis on monthly basis for forecast v actual revenue variances and attain explanations from relevant project managers.

  • Ensure sales and operating forecasting data is updated when project budgets are revised.

  • Assist with Customer Reporting Uploads to Financial Management System.

  • Compile Global Backlog from Regional Backlogs on monthly basis.

  • Review Net New Business Reconciliations on Regional and Global basis, ensuring Salesforce and Financial Management Systems reflect each other.

  • Update/maintain cancellations log. Ensure cancellations are reflected in Salesforce.

  • Assist with Revenue Recovery Projects.

  • Completion of other ad-hoc projects as requested

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Req

  • 3 years’ finance experience Req Or

  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Req

  • Knowledge of revenue recognition, variance analysis, unbilled and backlog forecasting.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Good analytical and numeracy skills.

  • Ability to identify financial issues and execute mitigating actions.

  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
