What you will do:
- Financial Reporting: Support monthly group reporting, including balance sheet and P&L reviews and ensure process controls of the share service center
- Accounts Payable support: Assist the local finance team and IGS KL on all ad hoc AP topics, escalations and drive process improvements
- Account Clearing: Responsible for the Account Clearing process in SAP
- Balance sheet support: Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Audit & Compliance: Support the local finance team with external and internal audit requests and ensure adherence to SOX compliance requirements
What you will bring:
- Finance experience preferably in a multinational environment or in SME
- Working knowledge on UK GAAP and US GAAP or IFRS
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, numerical and IT skills. Advanced skills in MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Experience with ERP system, especially SAP ERP
- Part qualified Accountant (ACCA or equivalent)
