Eucalyptus (or 'Euc' for short) is an Australian-founded digital healthcare company that is on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. This will mean taking on the biggest healthcare challenges, on a global scale - providing 360o everyday support to tackle chronic conditions, like obesity, diabetes, fertility, menopause and overall well-being.
What we have achieved so far
🚀 Launched 5 demographically tailored brands and facilitated over 1 million medical consultations worldwide (Juniper, Pilot, Kin, Software, & Compound).
🌍 Built a team of approaching 500 Eucalypts in 6 countries (🇦🇺🇬🇧🇩🇪🇯🇵🇵🇭🇿🇦) consisting of medical practitioners, engineers, operators and many more functions!
💰 Raised over US$100M funding from the same investors who backed Canva, Uber, and AirBnB.
🇬🇧 In just over 2 years we have grown the Juniper UK brand, which is now our biggest brand globally!

About the role (What you’ll be doing)
- Manage a portfolio of EMEA entities for management reporting and local compliance reporting
- Manage monthly regional close activities and present month-end results to management
- Initiate, lead and manage inventory process improvement projects within our ERP system NetSuite
- Support the UK statutory audit process, liaising with our external auditors for testing and completion activities
- Communicate and manage local EMEA payment requirements with our shared services team
- Support the global finance team in design, testing and roll-out of finance systems/tools/processes
- Initiate, lead and manage process improvement projects to build for scale
- Design, hire and coach a team of 3-5 people
About you (Who you are)
- You are a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, ICAS)
- You probably have a mix of experience from a Big 4 accounting firm and a startup/scale-up
- You have experience in the UK, including IFRS and GAAP, and probably in other markets
- You have experience with inventory management and ERP systems, probably Netsuite
- You have experience managing a team
- You have a high sense of ownership and you thrive on ambiguity
- You are an excellent communicator: you get to simple, fast
