Job Responsibilities:
Specifically this role will be to support the team in the management of both the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring all aspects of the role are completed in a timely and accurate matter.
- Work as part of a team and support the posting of purchase ledger invoices and credits.
- Identify, work with the team to find solutions and resolve any queries as part of the AP and AR process.
- Enter documentation relating to customer self-bill sales invoices.
- Support the MAA team to record and track all actual and forecast project expenditure.
