What you’ll be doing:
Throughout your rotations, you’ll work across key finance areas, including:
Accounts payable and receivable:

process invoices and payments accurately and on time

manage customer and supplier accounts, ensuring reconciliations and queries are resolved

assist in cash flow monitoring and reporting
Payroll:

support the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations

handle payroll-related queries and maintain accurate records
Management accounting and reporting:

assist in budget preparation and forecasting

help prepare monthly management reports, including variance analysis

contribute to financial planning and support strategic decision-making
Financial reporting and compliance:

participate in the preparation of statutory accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

assist in audit preparation and liaise with auditors as needed
Finance analytics:

leverage data analytics tools to identify trends, improve financial insights, and support decision-making

collaborate on the development of dashboards and reports to provide real-time financial performance metrics

analyse large data sets to uncover opportunities for cost savings and process optimisations
What we’re looking for:

a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or relevant experience

a strong interest in pursuing a career in finance, with a desire to learn and grow

excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail

effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders

proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an aptitude for learning new systems
