JOB SUMMARY

Storyblok is seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing Manager to drive growth in our high-propensity accounts across the German, Austrian, and Nordic markets. As an individual contributor, you will leverage your expertise in scalable account-centric marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns that support our sales efforts. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and optimize marketing programs will be essential for success in this role.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Regional Marketing Planning: Develop a quarterly rolling 6-month plan that focuses primarily on new logo growth from acquisition to close. Your plan should position Storyblok as a category leader and enable prospects in medium and large enterprises to transition from legacy DXP platforms. It should focus on efficiency and impact by specifically addressing our target accounts. It should be measurable for demand, spend and ROI.

Account-Centric Marketing: Identify and prioritize high-propensity accounts in the German, Austrian, and Nordic markets. Develop and execute targeted marketing programs tailored to the specific needs of each account. Leverage tools like 6sense to identify and engage with target accounts.

Campaign Execution: Collaborate with global campaigns teams to adopt and optimize campaigns for the German, Austrian, and Nordic markets. Provide feedback on the suitability of global campaigns for enterprise demand and demand progression. Measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Event Management: Plan and execute field marketing events, including webinars, workshops, and user conferences. Manage event logistics and budgets. Measure event effectiveness and optimize future events based on data.

Performance Analysis and Optimization: Track and analyze field activity performance to measure ROI and identify trends. Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Prepare regular reports on field marketing activities and results, highlighting key performance indicators and achievements.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify the most impactful activities for new logo acquisition and support sales opportunity progression. Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise updates on marketing activities and results.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certifications in marketing, sales enablement, or digital marketing are a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in field marketing, with a focus on B2B technology or software
  • Prior Partner/Channel Marketing leverage in your activities
  • Experience working in the German, Austrian, and ideally Nordic markets
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM-at scale) strategies and tactics
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms
  • Experience planning and executing field marketing events, such as webinars, workshops, and user conferences
  • Ability to distribute targeted content, including case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure and analyze marketing performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Being based in and fluent in German is essential
  • Ability to adapt marketing strategies to regional preferences and cultural nuances
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A passion for marketing and a desire to drive business growth
