Salary starting at £27,000 per annum + performance based commission

Role Overview
In this role you will be taking responsibility for managing and maintaining relationships between Bupa and direct clients and/or intermediary held clients on behalf of Bupa Health Services. The products Bupa Health Services provide to Business include Health Assessments, EAP, GP services and Flu.
Whilst managing existing accounts you will seek out opportunities to cross sell other Bupa products in line with Bupa standards, putting them ‘at the heart of everything we do’ and support sales targets being achieved in line with business plans.
What you’ll do:

Provide quality client service to existing customers in line with Bupa standards and reputation.

Make sure telephony activity requirements are achieved, including inbound service levels and abandon rates as well as outbound targets and achieve quality and volume targets as given in the business plan.

Present face to face via Microsoft Teams or with clients and/or intermediaries. The customers you engage with will largely be Company owners, CEOs, HR or People Directors. HR administrators or our Intermediary Partners. Customer email is also a significant part of the role and your customers will have your email address as part of your role as dedicated Account Manager.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Bupa products and services and proactively sell to these to clients as suitable.

Engage with clients and provide quality advice and identify opportunities to sell Bupa products and services including, health assessments, primary care, occupational health, physio, employee assistance programme plus many more.

Work with peers and colleagues across Bupa to draw upon all available resources and utilise these fully to provide high quality service to clients and prioritise activities and tasks within agreed delivery timescales.

Be the first point of contact to deal with reporting, analysing management information, quarterly/monthly service meetings, trend analysis, making recommendations on back of the MI available, complaints, retaining and expanding accounts and dealing with queries on contracts and service schedules.

Be responsible for day-to-day queries from clients such as invoicing issues, overseeing complaints utilising various departments and helping our clients come to a final resolution.
What you’ll bring:

Proficient user of Business Systems used in function / business line; (e.g. Salesforce, reporting and planning tools etc)

Good understanding of systems and existing technology landscape

Good understanding of business systems and how they interface with / feed into their functional/ business unit infrastructure

Proficient use of office standard packages e.g. PowerPoint and or ability to use and manipulate spreadsheets, produce formatted charts

Experience of using database and data manipulation tools e.g. Power BI

Experienced user of email, intranet, and communication tools such as MS teams.

Sales experience with particular focus on making recommendations based on client need.

Occupational Health knowledge desirable but not essential
