Job Title: Executive Reporting Assistant Manager
Location: Manchester or Newport
Salary & Benefits: £39,000pa to £48,600pa plus the benefits listed below
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week currently, or 40% of our time, at our offices. Our Northwest hub is currently Heathside Park in Cheadle, and we'll be moving to Manchester Portland Street over the summer. Our Wales hub is currently in Newport Tredegar Park, and will move to Cardiff in 2026

The Executive Reporting Assistant Manager role in Transport sits within the Customer Insights and Analytics team, part of Transport Experience & Insight. Our team is an aggregation of a curious and diverse set of minds that work closely together and are passionate about understanding and championing our customers’ present and future needs.
About the Role
You will support the Executive Reporting Manager to:

Be the guardian of the Transport Group Customer Dashboard: support the investigation, development, testing and monitoring of key customer metrics. You’ll also be actively involved in setting Transport annual targets.

Collaborate and share best practices and positive challenges with the rest of Lloyds Banking Group’s divisions.

Gather and maintain key information and Insights relating to Customer Experience and complaints.

Prepare Senior Leadership Team and Board papers. You’ll produce monthly reports for input into a range of meetings such as Transport Boards, Transport and Senior Leadership Team meetings.

Work closely across Transport teams: Product, Operations, Digital Channels, Platforms, Supplier Management, Customer Experience Managers, Distribution, to deliver a joined-up story.

Perform Secretarial tasks for the Customer Senior Leadership Team meetings, maintaining an action log and liaising with stakeholders for their input.
About you

Advanced Report writing: You’ll be able to see beyond MI and tell a performance story that goes beyond describing latest trends – joining up the dots between multiple sources of data. Ideally you have experience in writing reports for senior audiences

Have previous experience in pulling together critical business information into a monthly dashboard

An impeccable planner, able to work to strict deadlines, prioritise and juggle multiple demand

Great organisation skills: the ability to keep good evidence records, and an impressive attention to detail

A confident partner – the ability to influence stakeholders regardless of level of seniority.
