Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Conduct online research and compile data to support business decisions.
- Assist in monitoring and managing the CEO’s social media platforms and online presence.
- Draft, review, and respond to emails, correspondence, and business communications.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records, documents, and files.
- Support project coordination and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
- Utilize productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other digital platforms.
- Provide basic IT support coordination and troubleshoot common technology-related issues.
- Track meeting action items and ensure follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and executive matters.
- Support event planning, company activities, and special projects as assigned.
