Job Description
As we continue our journey of rapid growth, you’ll be the central to the work of busy external facing teams, based in our HQ in London, providing administrative, planning and coordination support our Global Head of Banking & Expansion and our Global Head of Government Relations, both based in London, and also ad hoc support for the wider team.
This is a really exciting opportunity to introduce strong organisational processes and to partner with truly diverse global and regional external facing teams within Wise.
Your Mission:

Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate travel arrangements and support on tracking and reporting expenses;

Support with tracking action lists and follow-ups;

Lead internal communications and cross-team collaboration (e.g. organising regular team calls, socials or offsites);

Support with external communications;

Coordinate signatures of important documents like contracts and NDAs;

Help manage the GR and Banking Budget process;

Assist with the regular planning sessions across Wise that need Banking & GR input.
A Bit About You:

You have mid/senior level experience as an Executive Assistant in a high growth company, ideally supporting a global team with multiple demands.

You act with total discretion and can be trusted with confidential and/or sensitive matters.

You’re excellent at managing up and building relationships, and leveraging these for better outcomes.

You’re a self starter and love to work autonomously. You’re able to identify gaps and streamline processes with minimal guidance from others.

You use your initiative and sound judgement to make decisions in a rapidly changing environment with competing priorities.

You’re organised, work well under pressure and are able to juggle multiple responsibilities with unwavering attention to detail at all times.

You have excellent communication skills. You match your communication style to the specifics of the situation, and audience.

You’re proficient in using Google Suite and other collaboration tools, such as Slack. You’re able to conduct basic data analysis using Google spreadsheets.

Please note, for this position we would require someone to be based onsite at our London offices.
