The commercial team at Treehouse Manchester are a group of exceptionally creative and inspiring professionals who play a key role in our hotel's success.

Who we’re after: a born leader and a natural collaborator, with the business acumen to drive market leading commercial performance. You’ll need to be a pro at prioritising, a proven seller (obviously), and a role model by example—flexible, enthusiastic and forward-looking.

About you...
•    Passionate about hospitality sales with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, ideally with experience working in or around Manchester.
•    Advanced knowledge of hotel and event sales, a strong leader with a proven track record in team member engagement, improving market performance and building relationships.
•    Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
•    Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
