About The Role

You'll work with experienced and highly talented engineers who are passionate about what they do, using cutting-edge technologies in a data and impact-driven environment. We foster a culture of transparency, full ownership, teamwork, and a no-ego policy.

Our engineering department is structured into different groups, each responsible for a critical domain within the monday.com product. With over 300 engineers, we operate in cross-functional teams, collaboratively defining, improving, building, and delivering features.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a team of talented engineers, defining the team’s vision, strategy, and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Set and elevate engineering standards within your team and across the Enterprise group at monday.com.
  • Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver robust services and exceptional user experiences.
  • Play an active role in designing advanced solutions that push the boundaries of our platform.
  • Drive technical excellence while enabling rapid development and deployment cycles in a microservices and microfrontends environment.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • Work on a modern, scalable platform built for speed and flexibility.
  • Shape both the technology and the culture of a high-performing engineering organization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver impact at scale.

Tech Stack:

Node.js, React

Note: Prior experience with our tech stack is not required; we welcome people willing to learn.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven management experience.
  • Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Impact-driven mindset, with a strong focus on users and business needs.
  • A strong sense of ownership, ensuring high-quality delivery and long-term success.

  • Buffet breakfast and lunch at the office (Monday to Thursday).
  • Fun team events, socials, and offsites that bring our culture to life.
  • Up to two weeks per year to work remotely from anywhere abroad.
