What You'll Do- Conduct detailed and objective investigations into workplace issues, whistleblower cases, disciplinary actions, complaints, and grievances.
- Respond to requests, assist employees and managers, document findings, make recommendations, and drive appropriate actions to resolve complex employee-related matters.
- Partner with P&C business partners and assist managers in performing employee relations work, providing mentorship, and mitigating risk across all employee relations matters.
- Ensure corrective actions are fair, consistent, and align with relevant laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Analyze data to identify trends, produce metrics, and build reports with recommended actions.
- Maintain comprehensive and detailed records within a case tool (ServiceNow) while ensuring confidentiality.
- Represent Aristocrat in front of regulatory and governmental agencies regarding unemployment filings, hearings, appeals, and other employee relations matters.
- Conduct exit interviews, surveys, and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Build, maintain, and acquire approval for all necessary employee/labor relations policies, practices, handbooks, and procedures.
- CIPD Level 5 (Intermediate) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in employee and labor relations or as a P&C business partner supporting employee relations activities.
- Proficient in labor laws, investigations, conflict resolution, and employee relations standard methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision, providing effective service, support, and resolution of complex employee relations inquiries.
- Proven ability to conduct formal investigations and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Ability to establish credibility, build rapport, and create trust in a virtual setting.
- Excellent consultative, listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive, emotional, and confidential situations professionally.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and use time effectively and efficiently.
