We currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated Museum Management Consultant, to handle a variety of Museum management related duties.

Main responsibilities and tasks

  • Coordination of the Museum’s activities and management of its collections;
  • Events organisation;
  • Planning and management of visits, and educational programs at the Museum;
  • Management of the Museum’s social media;
  • Public and media relations;
  • Monitoring of publications;
  • Monitoring of projects related to the Museum;
  • Networking with other Museums and art gallery professionals;
  • Monitoring the Museum’s website;
  • Cooperation with Museum staff;
  • Liaising with the Management Board;
  • Liaising and communication with Suppliers.
Requirements

Desired skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in a field related to the above;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral;
  • Good Knowledge of French, German or other European languages will be appreciated;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, use of Internet and social media;
  • Experience between 3-5 years in a relevant position.

  • Excellent communication skills, both writing and verbally;
  • Integrity and openness;
  • Ability to handle stress and deadlines;
