Job Description
- Product development: Drive the design, development and delivery of innovative, high quality and reliable audio accessories.
- Team leadership: Lead and manage EE engineers, focus on talent development.
- Innovation: Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation, encourage the team to explore new technologies, understand customer needs, and challenge status quo.
-Collaboration: Partner closely with program manager, product management, software and mechanical engineering, suppliers, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to influence strategic priorities, ensure seamless integration, and a cohesive product strategy.
-Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to prototyping to production and post-launch support.
Basic Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent.
- Min 7 years in electrical/audio engineering related field.
- Strong technical knowledge in Electrical and Audio engineering design, including RF.
- Proven track record of successful issue solving.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Visionary, high ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and manage competing priorities.
