About the job:

Four Marketing was founded in 1997 and has since grown into one of the UK’s most influential 360° fashion wholesale, design, and retail businesses.

From our bespoke 45,000 sq ft location in London’s dynamic King’s Cross quarter, not only are we deeply rooted in the very heart of the UK’s fashion scene, but we’re also well connected to reach a global fashion audience.

We are currently recruiting for an E-Commerce Manager to join our E-Commerce team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role will involve taking commercial ownership of our DTC E-Commerce channels, with primary responsibility for Agent Provocateur alongside supporting the wider Four Marketing portfolio where required.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience managing and growing an e-commerce business, with the confidence to take ownership of trading performance, identify commercial opportunities and independently drive actions across website, marketing and customer experience.

An interest in online fashion retail will be highly beneficial, alongside a proactive, analytical and commercially minded approach.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own the commercial performance of our DTC channels, demonstrating a strong understanding of each brand, its customer and the opportunities to drive sustainable growth through commercial and analytical decision-making.
  • Take primary ownership of the Agent Provocateur E-Commerce business, while providing support across the wider Four Marketing brand portfolio where required.
  • Own weekly, monthly and seasonal E-Commerce trading performance, identifying risks and opportunities and implementing actions to drive revenue, conversion, AOV and customer retention.
  • Develop and manage the E-Commerce Trading & Marketing calendar, ensuring product launches, promotions, markdowns, campaigns and seasonal activity are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Work closely with Merchandising, Buying, Marketing, Design and Production to ensure onsite merchandising, product content, stock availability and marketing activity are aligned with trading objectives.
  • Own the CRO, UX and site development roadmap, ensuring enhancements are appropriately prioritised, scoped, tested and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Produce and analyse sales and trading reports across revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV, product performance, customer behaviour and marketing efficiency, providing clear recommendations and actions.
  • Work with Marketing, Content and CRM teams to deliver digital activity that supports customer acquisition, retention, segmentation, lifecycle marketing and the wider trading plan.
  • Monitor and report on performance across key digital marketing channels, including PPC, Paid Social, SEO, CRM/Email, Display, Retargeting and Affiliates.
  • Monitor international performance and identify opportunities relating to localisation, customer behaviour, promotional strategy, product assortment and acquisition.

The Candidate:

  • Demonstrable success in E-Commerce management and digital marketing, ideally within luxury, premium or fashion retail.
  • Proven experience taking ownership of a DTC E-Commerce business or significant online trading function.
  • Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to independently identify opportunities, prioritise activity and make data-led decisions.
  • Significant E-Commerce experience, ideally with previous management-level responsibility.
  • Experience with Shopify and Magento would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of DTC E-Commerce technology and the wider digital customer journey.
  • Experience working with revenue targets, forecasting, budgets and core E-Commerce KPIs, including conversion, AOV, acquisition, retention, traffic and product performance.
  • Experience working across multiple markets or international E-Commerce would be advantageous.

Please note, the roles and responsibilities listed above are indicative of the position and are not exhaustive and the role includes actions based on any reasonable requests by a line manager.
