  • Coordinate content refreshes for new launches, campaigns, promotions, and seasonal changes..

  • Monitor and improve on-site search performance, analysing search behaviour to identify missed opportunities and drive product discoverability.

  • Monitor customer behaviour and propose improvements to enhance user experience.

  • Implement strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and average order value.

  • Execute online merchandising strategies to maximise conversion and AOV, including product sequencing, category curation, and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to ensure product priorities and stock availability are accurately reflected online.

  • Conduct regular website health checks to identify broken links, outdated content, platform issues, and UX barriers.

  • Produce weekly trade reports covering sales, traffic, conversion, top-performing categories, and areas for improvement.

  • Present insights and recommendations to the wider team to support rapid commercial decision-making.

  • Own and continuously optimise the Shopify Plus ecosystem.

  • Strong, hands-on experience of Shopify ecommerce platforms.

  • Confident using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4).

  • Confident using Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and onsite merchandising best practice.

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Able to interpret data, extract insights, and communicate findings clearly.

  • Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering best-in-class customer journeys.

  • Understanding of current consumer, fashion, and market trends.

Personal Attributes

  • Passionate about Trapstar, fashion, and streetwear culture.

  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable.

  • Strong work ethic and accountability.

  • Collaborative team player with a "can-do" attitude.

  • Keen to learn, develop, and grow within the business.

The Team:

From Design, Production, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and People teams, Trapstar's collaborative working environment provides opportunities to build strong relationships across the business.

You will work closely with colleagues who are passionate about the brand and committed to delivering exceptional products and experiences for our global community.

Diversity:

We recognise and value the importance of diversity to help make sure we have lots of different perspectives when we are iterating concepts for Trapstar. Diversity for us is about building happy teams full of people that want to learn and be inspired by each other and our different experiences and backgrounds.

Recruitment Process:

We review applications on an individual basis, and if we feel you would be a good fit we’ll invite you for a call or Teams video for an informal chat about the role, and to see if we’re a good fit for you.

We value open and honest conversations and collaboration, giving you a chance to learn about what we are doing in an informal and friendly environment. We want to know about you and why you feel that this is the opportunity for you. Please note, this is not a remote role, and our expectation is that you will be able to attend Head Office in a hybrid way, in Greater Manchester.
