As an Early Careers Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in identifying & attracting emerging talents.
What You'll Do:
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs
  • Own & Grow Partnerships: Manage and expand our university relationships across Central Eastern Europe (CEE).
  • Recruitment: Drive our annual recruitment volume planning and own the end-to-end process for internships and graduate programs, including Assessment Centers.
  • Innovate: Continuously find new ways to connect with diverse talent.

What You'll Bring:
  • Fluency in English required. Polish/Bulgarian/Romanian/Czech and/or Slovakian language skills would be preferred.
  • University Degree (MA/BA), preferred HR / Psychology or similar
  • Initial experience in Talent Acquisition or Early Career is nice to have
  • Understanding of Recruitment Trends and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a constantly changing environment, to work through ambiguity
  • Creativity - bring fresh ideas to our early careers' initiatives.

We pride ourselves on having a high performing and collaborative culture where we support your career and development. In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 1720 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
