The DTC Paid Media Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximising Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) through paid media execution, trading strategy and performance optimisation. DTC Paid Media Specialist
The DTC Paid Media Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximising Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) through paid media execution, trading strategy and performance optimisation. What you will do:
- Plan, execute and optimise paid ad campaigns across relevant platforms to drive traffic, conversion and GMV growth.
- Own and monitor daily, weekly and monthly GMV targets, identifying gaps and opportunities and taking proactive action.
- Analyse campaign and channel performance (ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV) and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Partner with content and creator teams to ensure ad creative is aligned to commercial objectives and peak trading moments.
- Collaborate with DTC Trading and Sales Operations teams to align ad investment with inventory availability and demand forecasts.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards to track GMV contribution, ad spend efficiency and overall channel health.
- Stay ahead of platform developments, algorithm changes and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
What you will have:
- Experience in paid social or performance marketing with hands-on ads platform management experience e.g. TikTok Shop, Google, Meta
- A commercial mindset with the ability to connect ad performance to revenue outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to drive decisions.
- Experience managing budgets and optimising toward GMV, ROAS or similar commercial KPIs.
- Familiarity with ecommerce trading, promotions and live commerce is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/dashboard tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and present performance updates to stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
